Accounts Payable Specialist

Talent Worx is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, including verifying invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will work closely with vendors, ensuring that all transactions are conducted smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accuracy in coding and compliance with internal policies.
• Verify payment requests and ensure that appropriate documentation is attached.
• Communicate with vendors regarding inquiries, discrepancies, and payment status.
• Assist in the month-end closing process, ensuring all accounts payable transactions are recorded accurately.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and related documents.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
