Exxat, a US-headquartered leader in cloud-based Health Sciences education management, is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist.
Location : Pune / Vadodara
Work Model : Work From Office (Hybrid)
Experience : 5+ years of Experience in Product Training.
What you’ll drive :
◾ End-to-end webinar management — scheduling, setup, coordination, quality checks, and post-session insights.
◾ Reviewing and polishing webinar presentations; creating flyers, event pages, and other promotional assets.
◾ Preparing release webinar decks, tutorials, Help Center articles, and other training content.
◾ Setting up and maintaining Sales demo data; configuring environments based on internal requirements.
◾ Testing and validating new product functionalities and refining demo environments with each release.
◾ Supporting onboarding and product training for new customers.
◾ Participating in UAT and assisting in internal training initiatives.
What we’re looking for :
◾ 5+ years in Product Training or Customer Success.
◾ 2+ years engaging with US-based clients.
◾ Strong expertise in content creation, documentation, and webinar facilitation.
◾ Familiarity with AI tools.
◾ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
◾ Proficiency with MS Office and virtual training tools (Teams, WebEx, GoTo, Zoom).
◾ Highly organized, adaptable, and solution oriented.
