Mandate skillsets : Java 8 or above

Spring Framework (especially Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data )

RESTful Web Services – Creation and consumption

JPA / Hibernate – ORM frameworks

Multithreading & Concurrency

Exception Handling & Collections Framework Design Patterns – Singleton, Factory, Strategy, Unit Testing, JUnit, Mockito
