About the Role

We are looking for a study abroad premium expert for scaling our premium counselling division. You will work with senior leaders to build our premium counselling division from scratch.

The charter for this role will include :

• Meet Allotted Team targets (Leads, Applications & Visas)
• Ensure our students have a stellar user experience with Leap through closely tracking metrics like ratings, NPS etc
• You will build, develop and hire a stellar counselling team who will lead the user experience charter
• Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey
• Conduct Training sessions & help build a world-class team of counsellors
• Analyse data for insights and reports
• Implement Organisational Values, Goals & objectives within the team
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets
• Pipeline forecast & Management
• Identify, analyse and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors
