Role Description

This is a  full-time, on-site  role for an  Admissions Officer  at  Global Student Centre , located in  Viman Nagar, Pune . The Admissions Officer will be responsible for managing and processing student applications to UK universities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance throughout the admissions journey.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of  international education systems , with the ability to evaluate and interpret  academic qualifications, degrees, and diplomas  from various countries. They should be well-versed in UK university admission requirements and have relevant experience in the  study abroad industry .

Key Responsibilities :

• Process and manage  student applications  in line with UK university requirements and deadlines.
• Review academic documents  and assess eligibility based on university-specific criteria.
• Ensure  accuracy and consistency  in data entry, application records, and supporting documentation.
• Provide clear and timely  guidance to students  on the admissions process, required documentation, and next steps.
• Coordinate with university admissions teams to track application status and address queries or clarifications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university policies, course requirements, and changing admissions guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to support a smooth and efficient  student admissions experience .
• Contribute to internal reporting and data tracking to monitor  admissions progress and outcomes .
