Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate leads from various sources for the courses offered on the platform
- Connect with the inquiries generated from marketing campaigns for the product and
- accurately address their questions about the product.
- Convert inquiries for the program into course enrollments.
- Understand the requirements of prospective students and assist them with the
- appropriate solution / product.
- Guide prospective learners through the application and enrollment process.
- Carry out other sales support activities / processes as defined by the management from time to time.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in student admissions or customer serviceAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesKnowledge of educational programs and admissions processesProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareBachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field
