We are seeking

dynamic, goal-driven Academic Counsellors

to join our growing team. As an AC, you will play a key role in connecting with prospective learners, understanding their academic goals, and guiding them through the course selection and Online admission process. Candidates with experience in

EdTech, inside sales, or tele-sales

are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities

Conduct

outbound calls

to prospective students and explain university programs, benefits, and admission procedures. Counsel and convert qualified leads

into successful enrolments across various online education programs. Maintain effective

follow-up communication

to nurture leads and close admissions. Consistently achieve

daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets . Accurately maintain digital records and update the

CRM system . Report completed tasks and learner updates to the

authorised management team . Provide prompt, professional responses to inquiries regarding courses, fees, eligibility, and other academic concerns. Collaborate with the team to meet collective

sales and enrolment goals . Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Education :

Graduate (Any discipline) Experience :

1–3 years in

EdTech, academic counselling, inside sales , or a similar role Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work towards

sales / enrolment targets Strong organisational and follow-up abilities Comfortable using

CRM tools

and managing digital documentation Passionate about
