Floe Health is an AI-driven healthcare technology company focused on fixing referral breakdowns and coordinating patient journeys across health systems. We partner with leaders across major provider networks and are building a fast-moving product team to support upcoming deployments.

We are hiring Product Design Interns who want real-world startup experience, meaningful ownership, and exposure to designing end-to-end workflows in a modern AI product. This role is ideal for students who understand the basics of user-centered design and want to work closely with founders and engineers to bring new product experiences to life.

Responsibilities

As a Product Design Intern, you will :

• Contribute to UX / UI design for patient, provider, and operations-facing features
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction designs
• Work in tools such as Figma to iterate quickly and collaborate with the team
• Conduct lightweight user research, usability reviews, and gather feedback
• Help define design systems, components, and visual guidelines
• Collaborate with engineering and product to ensure smooth handoff and implementation
• Take ownership of small features, from initial concept to final design
