Experience with managing offshore recruitment team highly desired 5+ years of US IT Recruitment and US IT Staffing experience and at least 3-5 years of experience managing a team of recruiters Have an eye for resume, process and innovation Good understanding of IT and related areas. Train and mentor the junior recruiters. Delivery Lead / Manager – US Staffing

Shift : Night Shift (6 – 3 AM IST)
We are looking for a strong Star Delivery Lead / Manager to head our recruitment delivery for US clients. This is a leadership position for someone who can manage teams, drive performance, Coach and ensure high-quality delivery for Direct Clients & MSP accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT Recruiters.
- Responsible for internal hiring and get A players.
- Drive delivery for Direct Clients, MSP / VMS accounts (IT + non-IT).
- Ensure team meets hiring targets, SLAs, and client expectations.
- Strategize sourcing plans and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Work closely with clients, ensure smooth communication, and manage escalations.
- Hands-on involvement in critical / hard-to-fill roles when needed.
