Senior HR Executive / HR Specialist – Payroll & Compensation (4–5 Years Experience)

🔹Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong expertise in end-to-end payroll management across multiple geographies, including India, Dubai, Austria, the US, and the UK . The ideal candidate should also have a good understanding of Compensation & Benefits , statutory compliance, and HR systems.
🔹Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management (Primary Responsibility)
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for India, Dubai, Austria, US, UK & Maldives employees.
- Ensure 100% accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of payroll.
- Handle salary inputs, variable pay, deductions, reimbursements, and benefits.
- Coordinate with finance, vendors, and global payroll partners.
- Maintain and update payroll records, tax declarations, and statutory documents.
- Resolve payroll queries with quick turnaround time.
Compensation & Benefits
Assist in salary structuring, benchmarking, and compensation analysis.Manage employee benefits such as insurance, leave encashment, variable components, etc.Support annual compensation review and appraisal cycles.Compliance & Documentation
Ensure statutory compliance across all countries (PF, ESI, Income Tax, Social Security, etc.).Work with auditors and external payroll partners for country-specific regulations.HR Systems & Coordination
Work on HRIS updates related to payroll and C&B.Coordinate with global HR teams for alignment on processes.🔹Required Skills & Experience
4–5 years of strong experience in multi-country payroll (mandatory).Hands-on experience with India payroll and basic understanding of GCC, EU, UK, and US payroll processes.Strong understanding of Compensation & Benefits .Excellent Excel and payroll MIS skills.Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-cultural environments.🔹Education
Bachelor’s degree in HR / Commerce / Finance.MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory.
