Responsibilities
- Associate should be able to work on different application issues with Good Troubleshooting Skills.
- Should be ready to work on new technologies & tools without any tool specific restrictions / boundaries.
- Team player and ready to manage shared account model with 24
- 7 support (managing multiple accounts).
