Purpose of the Job :

Manage Deposits operations, Account Maintenance ops, Clearing / NACH, KYC operations.

Job Responsibilities :

Supervision of Deposits and Account Maintenance Desk.

Monitoring of cash transactions, vault limits

Checking of CBS Transactions

Supervision of all operations related to tax payment

Arranging & providing data for all reports (H.O. & Regulatory)

Monitoring of CMS and Clearing desk.

Liasoning with correspondent Banks

Checking & approval of SFMS

Monitoring of reconciliation of all sundry account’s and vostro accounts.

Supervising housekeeping & filing of documents

Controlling all department registers

Data submission with regards to Internal / external audit for the department and ensuring all returns pertaining to the Team are submitted in time.

Process improvements in areas of responsibility.

Co-ordination with Central Hub at Delhi Ops for processing and RMs for clients transactions.

Responsible for handling customer queries.

Qualifications and requirements :

15 years of work experience

Knowledge of regulatory guidelines related to Deposits, Cash Management, KYC, Escrow, Payments.

Excellent communication skills

Good in MS Excel / PowerPoint
