ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager with a strong background in the healthcare industry, to join our Sydney CBD, New South Wales  ( Eora Nation ) , on a Full-Time basis. You will play a critical role in leading and managing day-to-day operations and creating opportunities of growth.

DUTIES

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include, however are not limited to :

• Leading a medium sized team of health professionals
• The overall management of the practice, ensuring it operates smoothly on a daily basis
• Coordinating / liaising with doctors
• Monitoring accounts, budgets and finance management as well as information technology
• Training, mentoring and management of administration and nursing staff
• Providing a high level of assistance and communication to patients
