Mafatlal Industries Limited is looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience (excluding articleship). The role requires strong expertise in Direct Taxation along with working knowledge of Indirect Tax (GST).

Key Responsibilities (80% Direct Taxation & 20% Indirect Taxation)

Manage end-to-end Direct Tax compliance including TDS, TCS, Advance Tax, tax computations, and return filing

Handle Income Tax assessments, appeals, refunds, rectifications, and coordinate with consultants and tax authorities

Oversee tax provisioning, statutory reporting, and support in Direct Tax audits

Support tax planning, litigation matters, and preparation of tax audit reports

Manage routine GST compliance including return filing, reconciliations, and responding to notices

Desired Profile

Qualified CA with 4–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience (excluding articleship)

Strong technical understanding of Income Tax laws and working knowledge of GST

Proficiency in SAP and MS Office

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
