Job description

Position : Counselling Trainee

Employment Type : Full-Time

Location : Remote

Department : Counselling / Pre-Sales

About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join us as Counselling Trainees . This role offers structured training, hands-on experience in student / lead counselling, and a clear pathway to becoming a full-time Counsellor with strong earning potential.

Training Period Compensation

Stipend : ₹10,000 (10% TDS applicable)
Incentives : Up to ₹15,000 (from Week 3 onwards)
Training Duration : 45–90 days

Post-Training Compensation

In-Hand Salary : ₹9,000

Gross Salary : ₹10,000

Earning Potential : ₹65,000 / month

₹40,000 Base Salary

Up to ₹25,000 Incentives

Key Responsibilities

Conduct 180–200 minutes of counselling calls per day.

Make 120–150 outbound dials daily to prospective students / leads.

Guide students through course selections, program details, and enrollment processes.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.

Achieve daily / weekly performance targets.

Generate small but achievable revenue targets through enrolments.

Provide excellent communication, follow-ups, and guidance to potential applicants.

Eligibility & Skills Required

Undergraduate students / graduates can apply.

Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.

Ability to dedicate full-time work hours.

Basic understanding of counselling, sales, or customer interaction is a plus.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
