Job description

Inventia is into pharmaceutical development and manufacturing from last 40 yrs. We partner with pharma companies to research, develop, manufacture and distribute OSD. Our Manufacturing plant is in Ambernath which produces range of OSD including capsules, tablets, Granules and Pellets.

We are there in 45 countries and have 10 plus facility approvals including US EU.

Our corporate office is in Andheri and R&D is in Thane.

Recently, Platinum Equity acquired a controlling stake in Inventia Healthcare

Job Description :

1. Costing & Margin Analysis

Perform detailed product costing and margin analysis across multiple business segments.
Identify cost drivers, variances, and profitability issues; recommend corrective actions.
Evaluate cost structures for new and existing products to support pricing decisions.
Work closely with operations, procurement, and sales to optimize cost efficiency.

2. OPEX (Operating Expenses) Support

Assist in developing annual budgets and periodic forecasts for OPEX.

Track actual performance vs. budget; investigate variances and propose mitigation plans.

Support department managers in preparing and reviewing their cost center budgets.

Develop rolling forecasts and provide scenario-based financial planning inputs.

3. P&L (Profit & Loss) Analysis

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L analyses with clear commentary.

Highlight key movements in revenue, margins, OPEX, and EBITDA.

Provide insights on business performance trends to support senior management decisions.

Reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy across SAP, Excel models, and reporting tools.

4. Reporting & Financial Modeling

Build, maintain, and improve financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and margin tracking.

Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and business performance packages for management.

Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives and cost optimization projects.

5. SAP & Excel Management

Knowledge of SAP modules for cost extraction, reporting, and reconciliations.

Develop advanced Excel models using pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and automation tools.

Ensure data accuracy, streamline reporting processes, and enhance analytical efficiency.

Location : Goregaon

Working Days : 5 days a week

Experience : CA with 2-3yrs experience
