Job descriptionDevelop and execute commercial excellence strategy to align trade marketing, sales excellence, and sales strategy with overall business goals. Lead trade marketing initiatives including channel programs, promotions, and merchandising to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement. Design and implement sales excellence frameworks that drive productivity, capability building, and consistent execution across sales teams. Shape sales strategy by analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities. Optimize go- to- market models ensuring efficiency in distribution, pricing, and promotional investments. Establish performance metrics and dashboards to monitor sales effectiveness, trade spend ROI, and execution discipline. Collaborate cross- functionally with marketing, finance, supply chain, and product teams to ensure integrated commercial planning. Drive capability development programs for sales teams, focusing on negotiation, account management, and customer relationship excellence. Champion digital tools and analytics to enhance forecasting, pipeline management, and decision- making. Deliver sustainable revenue growth through strategic vision, operational excellence, and customer- centric execution.
