Senior Motion & Visual Effects Supervisor

We are seeking an accomplished and hands-on Motion & Post-Production Lead to shape and elevate the craft of motion design, CGI, and post-production within one of the world’s most advanced global creative production hubs. This role combines creative craftsmanship with technical leadership, ensuring high-end delivery across motion graphics, special effects (SFX), visual effects (VFX), CGI, compositing, animation, color grading, and finishing. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of artists, animators, and editors who bring static campaigns to life — turning creative ideas into cinematic brand experiences for global clients across retail, digital, and life sciences.

Your key roles and responsibilities will include :

1. Motion & Post-Production Leadership

• Lead the end-to-end motion and post-production pipeline, from storyboard to final delivery.
• Drive excellence across 2D / 3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishing.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, and account teams to interpret briefs into motion-first executions.
• Ensure the highest visual fidelity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across deliverables.

GREAT TO HAVE :

o Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator

o Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, Blender

o Nuke, Fusion, or Flame for compositing

o DaVinci Resolve for color grading and finishing
