About the Role We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager – Client Servicing to lead client relationships, drive strategic event solutions, and manage end-to-end delivery of high-impact brand experiences. The ideal candidate brings strong conceptual thinking, exceptional presentation skills, and a proven track record of handling large-scale events, activations, and integrated experiential projects.
Key Responsibilities Lead client engagement, build long-term relationships, and act as the primary point of contact for major accounts.
Understand client objectives and translate them into compelling event concepts, strategies, and experiences.
Conceptualise creative event ideas and collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, design) to shape innovative solutions.
Create high-quality presentations, proposals, and pitch decks aligned with brand guidelines and client expectations.
Oversee end-to-end project execution—from planning and budgeting to on-ground delivery and post-event reporting.
Drive internal coordination to ensure timely delivery and seamless project management.
Manage a team of account executives / managers; mentor, guide, and ensure adherence to best servicing practices.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, event technologies, and experiential innovations.
Ensure profitability through smart negotiation, budgeting, and resource management.
Support business development initiatives, proposal writing, and pitch presentations.
Desired Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in events, experiential marketing, brand activations , or related domains.
Strong conceptualisation and storytelling abilities.
Expertise in crafting presentations and proposals using tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.
Solid understanding of event production, vendor management, fabrication, logistics, and technical setups.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Team leadership and stakeholder management experience is essential.
