Internship : Customer Explorer & Business Catalyst (Pharma Domain)
Location : Bangalore + Pan-India Travel
Stipend : ₹25,000 / month
Duration : 6–12 Months (Possible extension or full-time role)
About the Role
This internship is designed for students who want to understand how pharma organizations function beyond textbooks. As an Intern – Customer Explorer & Business Catalyst, you will interact with teams across the pharmaceutical ecosystem, gather insights, understand business structures, and help align client requirements with the right Training & Consulting solutions.
This role involves regular travel (approximately 10–15 days / month) to pharma sites and offices across India to meet teams, collect information, and document learnings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Understanding the Customer Landscape
- Study how pharmaceutical companies are structured.
- Identify key departments, decision-makers, and influencers.
2. Identifying Opportunities
Interact with professionals to understand their needs and challenges.Recognize where training, consulting, or capability-building may be relevant.3. Supporting Internal Teams
Share field insights with senior consultants and SMEs to support solution design.Participate in client meetings, conferences, and field visits as required.4. Field Travel & Documentation
Travel to pharma facilities and offices (solo or with senior team members).Collect and document observations, conversations, and customer insights.Who Can Apply
Students or recent graduates in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Management.Curious learners who enjoy understanding how processes and decisions work.Individuals comfortable speaking with people and asking relevant questions.Strong written and oral communication skills.Basic familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.Willingness to travel frequently and manage responsibilities independently.What You Will Gain
