Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Jewellery Designer – Gemstone to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing gemstone-based jewellery with a deep understanding of stones, settings, trends, and manufacturing feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Design innovative gemstone jewellery collections aligned with brand aesthetics and market trends.
• Develop detailed design sketches, CAD concepts, and tech packs for production.
• Select appropriate gemstones based on cut, clarity, color, durability, and cost.
• Work closely with the production, sourcing, and merchandising teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Research global jewellery trends, gemstone innovations, and customer preferences.
• Ensure quality standards, consistency, and timely delivery of designs.
• Support seasonal collection planning and special edition launches.
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for sampling and prototyping.
