We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst to join our team. This role demands effective communication with stakeholders & strategic alignment of data initiatives with business goals

What you will do

• Technical Proficiency :
• Utilize SQL, Python / R, Excel for data analysis and insights extraction.
• Apply mathematical, statistical, or predictive modeling techniques to analyze data and support decision-making.
• Develop and implement relevant visualizations to drive insights based on the context.
• Problem-Solving :
• Break down complex problems, identify root causes, formulate hypotheses, and draw comprehensive conclusions.
• Approach problem-solving in a structured manner, evaluating second-order impacts and addressing challenges / risks.
• Stakeholder Management :
• Effectively communicate insights and drive data-backed decisions with stakeholders and leadership.
• Define and align key metric definitions with stakeholders.
• Manage multiple work streams and coordinate interdependencies.
