Experience Required : Minimum 15 years in education, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

Educational Qualification : Post-Graduation is mandatory. Degree in Education (B.Ed. / M.Ed.) preferred.

Position Summary :

The Head of School will be responsible for leading all aspects of School's academic and operational performance. As the institution’s academic and administrative head, the Principal will drive the school’s strategic vision, ensuring high educational standards, teacher empowerment, and an inspiring environment for holistic student development.

This role calls for an experienced and visionary education leader who can balance strategic planning with on-ground execution, while fostering a strong school culture rooted in empathy, innovation, and discipline.
