Customer Journey Analytics Developer

Infogain is looking for a CJA Developer.

About the Role : This role involves working with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to implement and optimize data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities :

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Adobe CJA implementation.

Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) data layer.

Experience in creating CJA connections and configuring reporting tools.

Proficiency in defining dashboards and using CJA widgets.

Ability to debug and troubleshoot data inconsistencies in CJA.

Overall 5+ years of experience in digital analytics or related fields.

Prior experience with BI reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.

Required Skills :

Hands-on experience in Adobe CJA implementation.

Understanding of AEP data layer.

Experience with CJA connections and reporting tools.

Dashboard definition and CJA widget usage.

Debugging and troubleshooting skills.

5+ years in digital analytics or related fields.
