• ️ Data strategy, governance & compliance (GDPR / CCPA)
• ️ Strong problem-solving, communication & leadership abilities

Certifications Preferred :

Salesforce Agentforce Specialist, AI Specialist, PD1 / PD2, Admin, Service Cloud Consultant
