Program Manager Service Delivery

Position : Program Manager – Service Delivery

Location : Pune

Reports To : VP of Operations

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage large-scale implementation programs across global maritime clients in areas including IOT and gateway technologies Sensor data tapping interfacing with different onboard machinery and equipment and data telemetry in real time. The ideal candidate will oversee multi-stakeholder projects that involve complex integrations between onboard IoT devices data acquisition systems analytics platforms and customer operations.

You will play a pivotal role in driving cross-functional alignment ensuring timely delivery maintaining quality standards and managing customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Most important KPI being fast go live and bring down the go live cycle for remote data telemetry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale IoT deployment programs Installation & commissioning of Smart Ship Hub platform across fleets and global clients.
• Manage project scope timelines budgets risks and quality ensuring alignment with customer and business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams (IoT engineering platform development data analytics and customer success) and external partners (hardware vendors ship operators system integrators).
• Develop detailed project plans milestone tracking dashboards and progress reports for management and customers.
• Ensure IoT device provisioning testing and integration with platform services are completed as per defined SLAs.
• Drive governance meetings with clients partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage risk assessment change control and issue resolution for all program components.
• Track and report program KPIs – deployment velocity uptime data accuracy performance analytics delivery.
• Support continuous process improvement and standardization of IoT program delivery practices.
• Mentor and guide project managers or coordinators assigned under the program.
