Our client, a leading real estate group is looking for a highly experienced Senior Policy Advisor to join its leadership team in Gurgaon.

This is a newly created role aimed at strengthening the group's policy outreach and engagement with key government and industry stakeholders.

You'll work closely with the Chairman, promoters, and senior executives to help shape the company's policy positioning on matters critical to the real estate, infrastructure, and construction sectors. Your work will directly influence how the group advocates for and adapts to a fast-changing policy environment, driving long-term positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Advise senior leadership on policy matters and provide high-level guidance
• Draft clear, compelling policy papers, letters, and communications to government stakeholders
• Support the development of industry policy frameworks and regulatory strategies
• Act as a trusted advisor on how policy changes could impact the business and broader sector
• Collaborate with the leadership team on shaping and strengthening relationships with industry bodies
