Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Analyst with 5–7 years of overall IT experience, including 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Mendix. The ideal candidate should have strong domain modelling skills and a solid understanding of Mendix best practices.

This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, assessing their feasibility for Mendix implementation, and guiding teams not only on whether the requirement can be developed in Mendix, but also on how it should be implemented effectively. The candidate will provide direction on correct development approaches, methods, and standards to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Evaluate requirements and determine their feasibility for development using Mendix.
• Recommend Mendix-based solutions and provide clarity to stakeholders on platform capabilities and constraints.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into clear technical tasks and user stories.
• Conduct fit–gap analyses and identify potential risks or challenges in delivering solutions via Mendix.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as process flows, solution outlines, and functional specifications.
• Support development and testing teams by providing requirement clarifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure final solutions meet quality, performance, and scalability expectations.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
