About the Role

We’re hiring a Lead QA Engineer to drive the quality strategy for our web applications. You will lead a QA team, own automation frameworks, and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor QA engineers while driving quality and continuous improvement.

Define and execute test strategies across functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

Build and enhance automated test suites using Selenium / Playwright / Cypress.

Improve automation frameworks and ensure strong CI / CD integration.

Perform manual, exploratory, and regression testing for new features.

Track QA metrics, ensure defect-free releases, and drive QA best practices.

Work closely with development and product teams to define acceptance criteria.

Requirements

7+ years of QA experience, with 2+ years in team leadership.

Strong experience in web application testing (UI, API, integration).

Hands-on automation experience with modern tools / frameworks.

Experience with CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).

Knowledge of Jira / TestRail / Zephyr and Git.

Familiarity with AccelQ is a plus.

Nice to Have

Scripting in JavaScript, Python, or Java.

Exposure to performance and security testing.

Experience in SaaS or large-scale web applications.
