Job Title : Business Development Executive / Sales Officer (Fresher – Sales)

Experience : 0–1 Year (Internship experience preferred)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic fresher to join our Sales team as an Executive. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the growth of the company.

Candidates with internship experience in Ceramics, Sanitary ware or related building materials industries will be given preference .

Key Responsibilities :

Meet dealer, distributor and architect ,interior designer

Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients in the target market.

Support the sales team in generating leads through field visits, calls, and online research.

Develop a strong understanding of company products and services to effectively communicate with customers.

Participate in client meetings and product presentations with senior team members.

Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and follow-up activities.

Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Eligibility Criteria :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills :

Basic understanding of B2B sales.

Language proficiency in regional / local languages will be an added advantage.
