Summary
The Senior RevOps Manager / Integration Engineer serves as the technical owner for all revenue-facing integrations across Salesforce, Bullhorn, MCAE Advanced, CTI platforms, and Agentforce. This role architects scalable, resilient integration patterns while ensuring governance, observability, and operational reliability at enterprise scale. The position is hands-on, driving the full lifecycle from design to implementation to ongoing optimization. As a senior individual contributor, this role also leads incident response, mentors junior engineers, and partners cross-functionally to align systems with revenue operations strategy.
Job Description
- Architect scalable integration frameworks using tools such as Workato or MuleSoft, implementing patterns that include retry logic, idempotency, backpressure, and queue-based processing.
- Establish and govern integration standards, including naming conventions, version control practices, and deployment protocols.
- Design and optimize high-volume flows supporting CTI-to-CRM routing, lead ingestion, recruiter activity synchronization, and related revenue workflows.
- Define, enhance, and maintain Salesforce revenue lifecycle processes, including lead routing, call dispositions, and end-to-end Sales / Recruiting workflows.
- Partner with Admin / IT teams to manage schema changes, automation governance, and system updates impacting revenue operations.
- Oversee the integrity and performance of the Salesforce ↔ MCAE Advanced bidirectional sync, including rule logic and sync health management.
- Troubleshoot MCAE connector performance, campaign influence tracking, scoring models, and CRM alignment in collaboration with Marketing Operations.
- Architect CTI routing logic within Salesforce flows and support escalation, queue management, and omnichannel routing within Agentforce.
- Lead root-cause analyses for high-impact incidents, publishing detailed remediation plans and prevention strategies.
- Develop and monitor service-level objectives (e.G., 99.9% uptime) for critical flows using dashboards, alerting, and observability frameworks.
Requirements
6–8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Integration Engineering, Platform Operations, or related technical functions.Advanced expertise in Workato and / or MuleSoft, with a demonstrated ability to design scalable, governed integration patterns.Strong Salesforce Admin-level proficiency, including API knowledge and complex automation troubleshooting.Hands-on experience supporting CTI solutions (e.G., Five9, Genesys, RingCentral) and managing Agentforce routing workflows.Proven ability to lead incident management, conduct RCAs, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on technical resolutions.Deep understanding of data synchronization, system orchestration, and lifecycle governance across revenue-driving platforms.Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into operational impact for non-technical stakeholders.Why Join PTR Global?
