In-depth knowledge of quality standards for grains (rice, pulses, and millets). Strong understanding of food safety systems (FSSAI, HACCP, etc.). Responsible for monitoring and ensuring control over the manufacturing process of Consumer products rice, pulses, and millets from input to output, including product release. Preparation of the CPG quality report on a monthly basis. Handle customer complaints and perform root cause analysis. Visiting and auditing super stockists and traders to improve quality compliance. Coordinating with external labs for the analysis of raw materials and finished goods (FG). Verifying and approving artwork for compliance. Ensuring quality and food safety compliance across all TPU units. Preparing product and process specifications for CPG products. Ensuring product quality compliance during raw material procurement and minimizing food safety risks during the CPG production process. Documenting and monitoring CPG quality reports. Coordinating with TPU QA to implement packing material analysis and ensure quality compliance for incoming packing materials. Ensuring dispatch and vehicle inspection as per the checklist. Conducting traceability studies for tracking ingredients, production processes, and product distribution to ensure accountability and enable quick recall if necessary (minimum of two products per month). Documenting FSSR parameters for CPG products in collaboration with an external NABL-accredited lab. Conducting post-production analysis for CPG products. Documenting COIE reports for CPG products. Coordinating with TPU QA to implement PRP (Prerequisite Programs) across all TPU units. Coordinating with TPU QA to implement a comprehensive OPRP (Operational Prerequisite Programs) and CCP (Critical Control Point) system across all TPU units. Coordinating with TPU QA to monitor fumigation activities for raw materials used in CPG products. Supporting TPU QA units administratively from the Head Office. Responsible for finished goods (FG) product release. Traveling to third-party manufacturing units for periodical inspection. Ensure regulatory and customer compliance
