Job Title : Banking Apps QA Lead

Location : Kochi

Years of Experience : 15-20 Years

Advises, analyzes and supports banking clients in Test Management, Test planning, Test Strategy, Test Reporting for banking applications that will include setting testing standards & industry best practices, defect management, test automation, system integration testing, functional testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, non-functional testing etc for banking applications there by acting as a gate keeper, ensuring quality defect free application with adequate test coverage is achieved for production releases.

• 15 to 20 years Test Management experience in banking / financial applications and services.
• Experience in working in large banking implementations programmes for banks.
• Experience in working with ISV package applications.
• Should have a good knowledge of key banking applications like Core Banking, Lending, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Payments, CRM, etc.
• Good technical acumen & working knowledge of Agile Methods, Test Methodologies, Test Automation, Testing tools, APIs.
• Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Should have experience of independently managing large testing teams / application vendor teams with a minimum team size of 40 resources
