Founded in 2010 by passionate animal lovers, YODA (Youth Organization in Defence of Animals) is a registered charity based in India dedicated to improving human-animal coexistence. YODA's mission is to create a city free from animal cruelty by providing prompt medical services for abandoned and injured animals, behavioral rehabilitation, sheltering and rehabilitating homeless animals, vaccinating and sterilizing stray animals, and promoting education and awareness about animal welfare.

Position Summary :

The Manager – Animal Welfare Education Programs will design, lead, and execute large-scale educational initiatives to promote compassion, awareness, and responsible behavior toward animals across schools, colleges, and communities. The role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in program management, curriculum design, partnerships, and public engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Program Design & Strategy

• Develop and implement a comprehensive animal welfare education strategy for schools, colleges, and communities aligned with the NGO’s mission.
• Design age-appropriate, culturally relevant, and evidence-based educational content (modules, toolkits, workshops, digital content).
• Establish measurable goals and impact metrics for all education programs.
