Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager - BBG at HDFC Bank Limited located in Chennai, Vellore and Thiruvannamalai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Business Banking Group clients. They will be expected to onboard new client every month which is mandatory requirement, build strong relationships with new and existing clients, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound Knowledge in Working Capital Products such as OD / CC, LC / BG, Trade Finance, Export Finance, etc.,
• Handson experience in secured lending including project finance like Green Field Projects, High Capex Project Term Loans.
• Complete Knowledge with ratio analysis in Balance Sheet and P & L analysis in various industry & diff market segment.
• Ability to analyze financial data and interpret trends
• Minimum 5 yrs experience in B2B segment especially in banking industry
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets consistantly
• Bachelor's / Masters fulltime degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as Moody, CFA or CFP are a plus
• Less than 5 yrs in Banking, Non Banking experience & Freshers pls do not apply
