Oversee client relationships, providing personalized financial advice and wealth management services. Enhance client portfolios, ensure strategic alignment with financial goals, and coach junior team members to foster development and improve team performance.
Job Title : Relationship Manager
Location : Chennai / Hyderabad / Coimbatore / Trichy / Madurai / Salem
Role and Responsibilities
Lead the management and growth of portfolio of clients by providing end-to-end wealth management services, including financial planning, investment advisory, and portfolio management.
Provide comprehensive advice on various wealth management products, including AIFs, PMS, equity, debt, insurance, and alternative investments.
Conduct regular client reviews, performance updates, and risk assessments to align portfolios with financial goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through an extensive client network, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
Mentor and guide junior level wealth RMs by providing hands-on support, fostering their professional development, and ensuring seamless knowledge transfer
Develop and execute client strategies to maximize wallet share, ensure client satisfaction, and achieve business growth.
Leverage the group's existing customer base e.g., CV / PV dealers & fleet owners; develop investment solutions within this captive base to deepen client relations & expand AUM
