• Understanding of Home loan market and process
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Sourcing of cases from the open market and maintain strong relationship with builders
• Sourcing of both Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP)
• Enhance business distribution by empanelling connectors, ensuring effective network for business growth
• Ensuring quality of customer onboarding
• Strategic thinking with focus on sourcing avenues
• Effective networking and relationship building skills
• Team work and problem-solving skills
• High motivation and commitment towards achieving the sales targets
