We are seeking a highly skilled Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing effective training programs aimed at enhancing athletic performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized strength and conditioning programs for athletes.
• Monitor and assess athletes' performance and progress through regular testing and evaluation.
• Educate athletes on proper techniques and safe practices in strength training and conditioning.
• Collaborate with coaches and sports staff to optimize training regimens and support athletes' goals.
• Maintain records of athletes' training sessions and performance metrics to track improvement.
• Conduct group training sessions and workshops as needed.
