Job description

Kedocen is an advanced clinical simulation platform that transforms how doctors are trained.

Instead of memorizing facts, users experience unfolding, high-fidelity patient cases that react to every decision, simulating real clinical pressure and uncertainty.

We’re redefining how medical students and young doctors learn to think like clinicians.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, persuasive field salesperson who can build relationships with medical colleges, student bodies, and faculty to expand Kedocen’s user base.

Your goal : get doctors and medical students excited about using Kedocen and help institutions see it as an essential clinical training tool.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit medical colleges and hospitals to present and demonstrate Kedocen to students, professors, and administrators.
  • Organize product demos, workshops, and sign-up drives on campus.
  • Build relationships with student associations, deans, and training heads.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly user acquisition targets.
  • Gather user feedback and share insights with the product team.
  • Represent Kedocen at conferences, exhibitions, and local medical events.
  • Report daily visits, leads, and conversions through CRM or reporting tools.

Ideal Candidate

  • Background in life sciences, pharma, or medical / dental field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills and comfortable talking to doctors and students.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-driven and disciplined, able to work independently in the field.
  • Curious about medical education, technology, and startups.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (regional or pan-India).
  • Compensation

  • Fixed base pay (₹15,000–₹30,000 / -month depending on experience) + attractive commissions for conversions and institutional deals.
  • Reimbursement for travel and demo-related expenses.
  • Performance-based growth opportunities, early employees can transition into regional or national roles.
