Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and approachable Human Resources (HR) Specialist to support and improve all HR functions within our organization. The HR Specialist will play a key role in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and HR data management. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR best practices, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screenings, interviews, and offer letters.
• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) and update HR databases.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
• Handle employee relations issues, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Organize training sessions, workshops, and other employee development activities.
• Assist in performance management processes and employee appraisals.
• Generate HR reports and analyze metrics as needed.
