Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies across the organization.
• Handle employee relations and grievances professionally and proactively.
• Coordinate and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
• Maintain and update employee records accurately in HR systems.
• Assist in the performance management process including appraisals, feedback sessions, and goal-setting.
• Support training and development initiatives by identifying skill gaps and coordinating relevant programs.
• Liaise with departmental heads to ensure alignment of HR practices with business objectives.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition data for continuous improvement.
• Support HR audits and ensure timely documentation and reporting.
