Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions.

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Employee Relations and HR Policies knowledge
• Experience in Human Resources (HR)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
