Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an International Customer Service Representative(USA & UK Voice Process). The representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support, ensure customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer calls, chats and emails, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
