We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineer

In this role, you will :

• Detailed test planning, allocation and monitoring project related work assigned to the team
• Understand and implement project scope within defined timelines
• Monitor and guide the team in project execution
• Responsible for adherence to relevant organizational processes
• Deliver onetime with expected quality standards
• Co-ordinate with test manager / onsite coordinator for issues resolution
• Conduct test design walk throughs and reviews
• Responsible for test traceability matrix (tracing the test-procedures to the test requirements)
• Hands on with test preparation and execution
• Ensure that test environment is available and setup correctly for test execution
• Ensure test data is available and setup correctly for test execution
• Identify potential risks and suggest mitigation plan
• Ensure that the test project documentation is complete and updated
• Responsible for status reporting and test metrics reporting
• Responsible for defect management
• Co-ordinate change management activities
• Co-ordinate defect prevention activities
• Implement test process improvements resulting from lessons learnt
