Job description

Position : Sr. Architect

Location : Andheri Mumbai

Working Days : 6 days

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years’ experience in similar field.
  • B.Arch

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Prior experience working in Turnkey Interior / fit out companies required.
  • Software skills include AutoCad, Sketchup, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, MS Office.

    • KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
  • Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
  • Developing and presenting project proposals.
  • Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client needs.
  • Client Interactions.
  • Ability to develop look and feel.
  • Co-ordination with consultants, client & vendors.
  • Preparing drawings, specifications and documents.
  • Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
  • Managing Project Teams.
  • Periodic Site visits when required.
  • Handover Documentation and Project closure.
  • Good Communication and Presentation skills.
  • Good Leadership Skills
  • Decision Making ability
  • Internal Co-ordination
  • Good PR Skills
  • Team Handling
  • Emotional Maturity
