Senior Associate - Banking & Finance Practice - Law Firm - LLB

A growing boutique law firm is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Associate to join its expanding Banking & Finance practice. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working on high-value, complex transactions and advisory mandates.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of financing documents, including project finance, acquisition finance, debt restructuring, ECBs, and promoter funding agreements.
• Advising clients on financing structures, regulatory frameworks, and compliance-related matters.
• Managing end-to-end transaction processes, including client coordination and deal execution.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest legal developments in the Banking & Finance sector.
• Mentoring and guiding junior associates as part of team collaboration.
