Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Art Gallery Receptionist located in Mumbai. The Art Gallery Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors and answering queries, managing the gallery's schedule, assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating appointments, and providing support for gallery events. The receptionist will also handle telephone inquiries, emails, and maintain a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and client service orientation
• Organized and detail-oriented, with experience in administrative and scheduling tasks
• Proficiency with computer systems and office software, such as MS Office Suite and email management tools
• Problem-solving, multitasking, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A welcoming attitude and an appreciation or knowledge of art and culture
• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles is preferred
