Job Title : Counselling Psychologist

Job Location : Hyderabad(TS)

Note : Please apply only if you have a minimum of 3 years of experience after completing your Master's degree. We are specifically looking for counsellors with 3–4 years of experience, who are willing to work from office 5 days a week in rotational shifts

We are looking for someone with :

• Interest, energy, passion in the area mental health and well being
• Must be trained and certified in counselling and trauma care
• Highly proficient in the delivery of awareness and activity-based sessions
• Comfortable in handling groups sessions / peer support groups / webinars / onsite group activities
• In-depth understanding of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) / other therapy modalities and Mindfulness concepts
• Sincere interest in working in a small team environment, and taking complete ownership of the program
