Job descriptionLead and support HRIS projects such as compensation module roll-out, onboarding, recruitment, and payroll integration. Evaluate SuccessFactors releases, assess risks and opportunities, and recommend updates to enhance efficiency. Ensure alignment between HR systems and operational processes. Translate HR data into actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Improve system integration and maintain data integrity across platforms. Provide expert support on HRIS issues and promote best practices. Design and deliver training to upskill HR colleagues and enhance system adoption. Education : Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field. Certifications : SAP SuccessFactors certified in at least two modules. Experience : 5–10 years in HRIS roles, with deep expertise in SuccessFactors (especially Employee Central) and experience in global environments. Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Languages : Fluent in English. A passion for digital HR transformation. The ability to navigate complex, multinational environments. A strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution skills. A drive to continuously improve systems, processes, and user experience. We are looking for a driven HRIS (SuccessFactors) Senior Expert to join our global HR team from March 2026 until February 2027 . In this role, you will lead the optimization and expansion of our SAP SuccessFactors platform, ensuring it supports our strategic HR goals and delivers value across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on implementation in a dynamic, international environment .

- Develop and drive the long-term HRIS strategy, focusing on digitalization and automation of HR processes.
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs.
