The Role

You will be responsible for :

Roles & Responsibilities :

Preference : Preference for local candidates with proficiency in Kannada .

Financial Record Keeping
Audit Preparation & Support
Internal Controls & Compliance
Financial Reporting
Audit Process Support
Cost Management & Budgeting
Regulatory Compliance
Tax Support (Direct & Indirect)
Ad-hoc Financial Analysis
Data Entry & Administration

Qualifications :

Education : A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience : 2 to 4 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.

Audit Knowledge : Experience with audit processes, internal controls, risk management, and financial compliance.

Skills & Competencies :

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho, Tally or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards and reporting standards.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with management and cross-functional teams.

Adaptability and resilience to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Ideal Profile

You have at least 2 years experience within a Accountant (General Ledger) or Corporate Finance / Strategy role, ideally within the the Accounting Industry, the Financial Services Industry and FinTech industry.

You have working knowledge of Cost management, Accounting and Tally

You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
